Legal Proceedings
Wintipak AG issues this notice in response to recent public disclosures by Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited and its controlling shareholder Shandong NewJF Technology Packaging Co., Ltd. regarding ongoing legal proceedings involving Wintipak AG.
Wintipak believes that these disclosures omit important elements of the factual background and do not present a complete picture of the situation. In the interest of transparency towards customers, partners, regulators, and other stakeholders, Wintipak AG is therefore providing a formal statement to clarify the relevant facts and circumstances.
The legal proceedings between the parties are ongoing across multiple jurisdictions. Wintipak AG will continue to take all appropriate legal measures to protect its rights, its business, and its customer relationships.
